Timing:
Visa applications can be deposited in person at the counter on any working day, Monday to Friday (closed Saturday and Sunday) from 09.30 to 12.00 hours. Visa-ed passports can be collected after 3 working days from 12.00 to 14.00 hours. Visa applications sent by post will take up to 5 working days from the date they were received.
Payment Via Bank:
No personal cheque or cash payment is accepted at the Embassy. Payments should be made to any branch of HSBC Bank in the UK and a Bank Giro Credit slip (
) is enclosed. After making your payment (cash payment only) at the bank, please return the tear-off portion of the slip either by attaching it to your passport application or handing it to the reception at the Consular Section of the Embassy who will allocate a ticket number.

Postal Visa:
Applications sent by post should follow the above instructions. After making payment at HSBC Bank (postal and money orders now accepted), the tear-off portion of the slip should be sent with your application by post. Please forward a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your Passport returned by post.
(If you wish to have it returned by Recorded Delivery or Registered Post please put the correct amount of stamps on the envelope)
For speedy processing of cases please ensure that properly filled visa form with one recent Passport size photo, valid passports and correct fee is sent. It is likely that visa applications will be refused if all the requirements are not met.
