Yemen, the well known Arabia Felix, recognized as a country rich with splendour and allure, a rare jewel in its form. Britain has always shown an ardent interest in Yemen proven by its exigent strong relations dating back to 1893. Over the years that relationship has evolved into a powerful alliance that has proved to be fundamental in shaping a better Yemen.
Great Britain was one of the first western donors dedicated in combating poverty by constructing developmental programs aimed to aid the establishment of infrastructure in health, education and social sectors. We praise the mutual collaboration between our countries and continue to commit in enhancing them.
